We have stayed multiple times at Gran Avenida and have always enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable cabins. the staff is helpful and provides informative assistance. the cabins are clean and well-maintained. the location is convenient with two national supermarkets nearby, making self-catering a breeze. the cabins offer good space and a spacious fridge, and the shower is excellent. the staff is welcoming and always ready to assist.

I stayed at Hostal Gran Avenida for one night in August on my way to catch the ferry from Bilbao to Portsmouth. The accommodation was good and clean, and the staff were helpful and informative. The bathroom was very good, and the location was close to some great shops and restaurants, especially the Chinese one opposite. The buffet at the hotel was brilliant, and all for less than £10. It was a great overnight stopover and a comfortable, quiet, and private alternative to a regular hotel.

Despite the hot external temperatures, the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, allowing me to relax in a cool environment. Additionally, the secure parking for my motorcycle within the premises gave me peace of mind. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for its cleanliness, comfort, and attentive staff.
